About Me

I am a passionate advocate for a child-centered approach to learning through play and using in-the-moment planning to scaffold and extend children's experiences and understanding of their exciting world.

Enjoyment and connection are the bedrock of my provision. I aim to share wonder of all that is beautiful and amazing about our world through the eyes of the children care for. I believe children are active learners and develop to their very best potential when given opportunities to get outside every day, exploring and connecting with their environment at their own pace.

I have experience in supporting children with speech and delays and emerging SEND, and I believe that all children make progress when they have access to targeted interventions to support any gaps they may have in their individual development journey.

I have over 25 years of experience working in various early years settings, and I still get thrill from watching young children progress and grow into themselves during those crucial first five years of life. I seek to offer support to the families who use my services whenever needed.
